Job Qualifications 

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify

for this position.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a minimum of 30-45 hours per week depending on the specific position requirements

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the

following work-related activities and complete all training requirements

including:

Leadership & People Management:

• Hiring, Onboarding and Development of staff
• Lead with positivity and provide constructive coaching when necessary
• Routine Team Member Performance Evaluations
• Ability to resolve conflict between staff and/or guests professionally
• Hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests and employees alike
• Support both Front of House and Back of team members as needed
• Getting to know your staff's strengths and weaknesses to best determine what position they will be successful in

Customer Experience:

• Adhere to Zaxby's high standards for guest service
• Handle complaints with professionalism
• Create a clean, welcoming atmosphere from the moment the guest walks in
• Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand

Operations Management:

• Maintain awareness of menu and current promotions
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
• Work with General Managers to meet goals and standards in all areas
• Following all standards of operations
• Ensuring speed of service
• Ability to critically think when things so sideway during a shift (ie..broken equipment, staffing shortages)
• Ensuring that staff follows all safety protocols for use of equipment and tools

Financial Involvement:

• Managing food and labor costs
• Process cash handling and daily sales reporting
• Control waste and managing inventory
• Work with all management to meet profitability targets

Capabilities

Requirement:

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch or climb, including the use of ladders
• Frequently lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds, sometime lifting overhead
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced.
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
• Communicate proficiently through speech, reading and writing
• Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the current environment
• Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
• Safely operate restaurant equipment
• High maturity and professionalism standards
• Reliability and punctuality
