Client Success Manager I

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager I to join our growing Client Success team. Are you passionate about helping clients succeed? As a CSM I, you are an eager learner and a trusted partner in your clients’ early journey with Luxury Presence. You bring genuine curiosity to every client conversation, working to deeply understand their goals and business needs — then translating that understanding into tangible platform outcomes. Your First Mission To deeply understand your clients’ goals, business needs, and brand vision — and align that knowledge to meaningful platform outcomes. Your Second Mission To build trusted relationships through proactive communication, consistent follow-through, and genuine investment in each client’s success. In this role, you will support clients through onboarding, develop a strong command of the Luxury Presence platform, and work cross-functionally to ensure clients are getting maximum value from their investment. You’re Good At Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and understanding their goals and priorities Communicating clearly and proactively — setting expectations, sharing updates, and ensuring clients feel supported Driving product adoption by translating client goals into thoughtful, tailored platform recommendations Managing multiple clients and priorities while staying highly organized and detail-oriented Collaborating cross-functionally to advocate for client needs and ensure timely solutions Approaching challenges with curiosity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset You Have 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role 1+ year managing a book of business Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort learning new software platforms quickly — experience with content management systems and integrations are a plus (ex. Wordpress, shopify, and common CRMs) A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, and/or paid media) or a genuine eagerness to learn A track record of being reliable, organized, and thorough in your work Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus!) Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and a friendly and sunny disposition You Crush Asking great questions — you dig below the surface to truly understand what a client needs Translating client goals into clear, actionable next steps on the platform Learning fast and applying new knowledge to real situations Prioritizing effectively when juggling multiple clients and tasks Drawing people in with your energy and can-do attitude Following up, following through, and never letting things fall through the cracks Not taking yourself too seriously — you stay humble and keep it fun Job Requirements Located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ — Hybrid (In office 4 days a week for first 30 days, 3 days a week once you have completed new hire training) Working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Benefits $70,000 - $90,000 a year, plus Performance bonus + Competitive Equity/Stock Options, Flex PTO, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance, 401k Equal Opportunity Employer Luxury Presence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
