We’re thrilled to be opening our newest Amaro’s Table location in East Vancouver, and we’re looking for warm, enthusiastic, and organized hosts to help us welcome guests with genuine hospitality from the moment they walk through our doors.

Our award-winning concept, Amaro’s Table, has proudly served the community since 2018. Owned and operated by local chefs who care deeply about bringing both quality and value to every guest, we’ve built our reputation on heartfelt service, exceptional food, and a truly thoughtful beverage program. Now, we’re bringing that same spirit to East Vancouver and you could be part of the opening team that makes it all happen.

What We’re Looking For:

A Warm, Welcoming Personality
As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the entire dining experience. A smile, eye contact, and a friendly hello go a long way in making people feel like they belong.

Attention to Detail
You’ll help keep our space clean, inviting, and running smoothly—from restroom checks to tidy floors and booths. It’s the small things that show guests we care.

Team Player Mentality
You’ll support the flow of service by assisting with drink refills, pre-bussing, resetting tables, taking to-go orders, and more. We’re all in it together, and every role matters.

Genuine Hospitality
Go above and beyond with simple, thoughtful touches—like opening the door, pushing in a chair, or helping someone navigate our menu with kindness.

Professional Presentation
We value polished, professional demeanor—it reflects the pride we take in what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth, care, and efficiency
• Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating flow during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining room
• Support servers with tasks like drink refills, food running, pre-bussing, and table resets
• Provide extra touches of hospitality—smiles, eye contact, holding doors, offering help
• Answer phones and assist with to-go orders
• Jump in wherever needed to ensure smooth service and happy guests

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service is a plus (but not required)
• Clear, friendly communication and a genuine desire to connect with others
• Calm, collected energy—even when things get busy
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
