About the role The Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of the building's general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents.

Work Schedule/ Shift TBD Compensation Starting at $17.75/hr What you'll do
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
- Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
- Cleans and disinfects kitchen and dining areas.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
- Removes linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from resident rooms.
- Places and neatly tucks clean sheets and blankets on beds, and replaces pillowcases.
- Stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms.
- Ensures trash containers are regularly emptied.
- Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.
- Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- At least one year of experience with corporate housekeeping.
- Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
- Good customer service skills when handling resident requests.
- Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
