Senior Corporate Counsel

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will negotiate and execute a variety of commercial contracts while collaborating with global teams to ensure compliance and support strategic business initiatives in the cloud communications industry. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with customers, partners, suppliers, and agents Identify and advise on legal risks, escalating as necessary to stakeholders Collaborate with non-legal colleagues to achieve business goals with legally sound strategies Required Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership in good standing with at least one US state bar Minimum of 7 years of practicing experience, including 3 years in commercial contracts Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial or corporate law with a top-tier law firm Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating B2B SaaS agreements
