Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted. BLS accepted from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military. MGB Medication Exam required with 80% passing score; will accept from any testing site.

Unit Details: Adult medical unit caring for acutely ill medical patients with a broad mix of medical diagnoses requiring complex nursing care.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating day/night shifts. Every other weekend and every other holiday.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
