Director of Planning & Analysis

Full-time

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Planning & Analysis - in the Hospitality industry located in NYC. Duties:

The Director of Planning & Analysis will prepare the Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, profitability models, and report upon variances
Assist with formalizing budgets, and forecasts across multiple lines of business
Assist with developing "decision support" strategic plans for both the Regional and Corporate Executive teams
As a Director of Planning & Analysis, you will build financial models to support forecasted revenue analysis
Prepare KPI metrics: conduct business, trend, and competitive market analysis
Assist the CFO with process improvement projects, (AI, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)
MBA, CPA, or CMA are strongly preferred
10+ years of FP&A experience with multiple locations
Financial Modeling, Advanced Excel, and NetSuite software skills
