Your Role as an LPN Under the guidance of an RN and Nurse Leadership, you will: Provide safe, high‑quality patient care Administer medications and treatments Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress Support rehabilitation and therapeutic activities Contribute to a positive, team‑driven culture What You’ll Need Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Maryland LPN license (or compact state) BLS/CPR certification (AHA) Strong communication and basic computer skills New grads welcome!
