As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will identify and engage with qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. You will use job boards, social media, networking, and sourcing tools to find potential candidates, conduct initial outreach and screening, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process. Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. As well as excellent time management skills. This is an onsite position, located out of one of our WI offices: Milwaukee, Brownsville, Lomira, Neenah, or Green Bay. Why Michels?
