• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Address : 1509 E. Campus Drive, Fullerton, CA 92831  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule; Varying days and hours. Open availability preferred. AM/PM Weekdays and Weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : At least 1-2 years of supervisor, front of house cash handling, food service, and customer service experience are required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
