As an Outside Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be the key connection between sales, engineering, and production, helping ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Support outside sales reps with pricing, product details, and timelines
- Coordinate orders with production and engineering teams
- Track order progress and communicate updates proactively
- Prepare quotes, documentation, and customer information
- Help resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in sales support, coordination, or similar role
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
- Customer-focused mindset
- Industry experience (truck equipment/upfitting) is a plus
