We have an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a dedicated industrial clinic for worker's compensation cases, as well as physical therapy, optometrist, in-house laboratory and pharmacy. SERRA has provided over 45 years of dedicated service to its patients and the community, please visit us at POSITION: Full time Pediatrician MD JOB DESCRIPTION: Pediatrician needed for full time outpatient care with in a 25 physician multi-specialty group located in Sun Valley, California. Currently no inpatient care required only shared telephone call availability. Physician must have a valid California Medical license and board certified or eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics preferred.

JOB DUTIES:

See patients in 1 medical facility and carry a patient case load of 20-30 per day. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day Malpractice/licensing/credentialing and overhead expenses associated with job are covered

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid and current California medical license at the time of start date Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics preferred Good personality and be able to get along with a wide range of people, all ages, genders, etc – bi-lingual in Spanish preferred Clinical practice experience preferred but not required Must be of high character, high expectations for integrity in this position

COMPENSTION:

Salary of $180,000-$220,000 first year with sizable increases in second and third year based on performance; increases range from $5,000 to $10,000 per year. The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, as applicable to the position Additional signing bonus of $20,000 payable on start date Health and Dental benefits provided: SERRA offers both HMO and PPO health plans to all employees.
