## About the Role

AIQUS Technologies is looking for a confident and results-driven Business Sales Executive to help expand our presence in the US market. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound cold calls, generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and closing high-value deals.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.

* Generate and qualify new business leads.

* Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospects.

* Present AIQUS Technologies' products and services professionally.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Negotiate pricing and close business deals.

* Follow up consistently with leads using CRM tools.

* Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

## Requirements

* 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or cold calling.

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* Neutral or American accent is highly preferred.

* Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills.

* Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Confidence in speaking with international clients.

* Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

* Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

## Nice to Have

* Experience selling AI, SaaS, software development, automation, or digital services.

* Previous experience working with US-based clients.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, [Apollo.io]( or other lead generation tools.

* Knowledge of email outreach and sales automation platforms.

* Experience in consultative selling and account management.

* Understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation services.
