Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities Oversee all administrative tasks for the Center Serve as the main point of contact for professional partners Manage the Center's budget and grants Draft and manage contracts for independent contractors Monitor and cultivate strong relationships with donors Hire, onboard, and offboard personnel Supervise student workers Facilitate all-team meetings and team-building activities Draft content for and distribute mass communications Requirements Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience Fluency in GetResponse, MailChimp, WordPress, and other online communication platforms Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, WorkPress, and GetResponse Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork Ability to manage and drive projects forward independently Life experience and/or demonstrated commitment to issues that affect marginalized girls and women is strongly preferred Experience working in higher education or for a non-profit is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
