Second Shift Onsite Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 11:00am to 09:00pm)

• Coordinate daily activities and workflow for second shift operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance to ensure operational goals are met.
• Communicate priorities and production goals to team members.
• Partner with supervisors and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Track and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new associates.
• Support employee engagement and foster a positive team culture.
• Escalate concerns and operational challenges as needed.

Second Shift Onsite Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work second shift hours and occasional overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
