Senior Client Service Representative

The Senior Client Service Representative provides timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met. The individual calculates daily NAVs, prepares month-end and year-end reports as well as prepares various internal and external reports.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively utilize company's internal systems to support daily client servicing deliverables.
• Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries.
• Ensure any accounting related issues or breaks are reviewed and resolved daily.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of Fund Accounting experience.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income and derivative investments, and emerging markets.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel; Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, work flows numeric information and problem solving.

Hybrid schedule: After 1-2 months of training full-time in the office, temp may work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. Weekly hours expected: 40. Expected term: 12 months contract to hire with temp-to-perm possibility.
