Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, including their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals and therapeutic needs, regularly adjusting them as necessary based on progress.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches.

• Utilize teletherapy to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a client-centered approach that maintains engagement and rapport.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention strategies to clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain informed of best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse array of individuals seeking assistance with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build effective therapeutic relationships.

• Well-developed organizational and time management skills to handle caseload effectively and efficiently.

• Dedication to maintaining a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• A clean disciplinary record without history of actions against professional licensure.
