eCommerce Operations Coordinator

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand , is seeking a Temporary eCommerce Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of online orders and digital operations. This role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite per week, and will focus on order fulfillment, system monitoring, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience.

Job Duties Include:

• Support daily eCommerce order processing, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and inventory transfers
• Monitor orders across multiple systems to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Partner with customer service, logistics, supply chain, finance, and technology teams to resolve order-related issues
• Perform routine website and order flow checks, escalating technical or operational issues as needed
• Monitor customer service and eCommerce communications and coordinate timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, trackers, and operational records
• Assist with additional eCommerce projects and administrative needs as assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, order management, supply chain, retail operations, or a related field
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, order management systems, ERP, or CRM tools
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-through skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Pay: $28/hr
