We're looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our company. This is more than an HR role-it's an opportunity to influence culture, develop talent, strengthen leadership, and create an exceptional coworker experience across our organization. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you'll play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives while helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent.
As Director of Human Resources, you'll have the opportunity to:

- To be a team player committed to your co-workers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Previous senior-level HR leadership experience.
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
