What you’ll do… Lead Commissioning Programs: Oversee and standardize commissioning processes across multiple data center projects. Coordinate Teams & Schedules: Integrate Cx activities with design, construction, and operations to meet key milestones. Manage Vendors & Consultants: Direct third-party Cx agents to ensure compliance with Owner’s Project Requirements and standards. Ensure Quality & Readiness: Track issues, testing, and documentation to achieve safe, reliable, and on-time handover. Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and refine global commissioning strategies. You should have… 8+ years of experience in commissioning or MEP project management for mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, labs, or industrial). Strong technical knowledge of power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/EPMS). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments (preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable plans.
