What You Will Do
- Lead research initiatives aimed at developing and validating testing methodologies for product safety and efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and analyze data, ensuring rigorous scientific standards are met.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to troubleshoot and optimize product formulations.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Drive projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 8+ years of experience in a research scientist role, preferably within the consumer, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Strong background in applied research with a focus on product testing and validation.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members in a collaborative environment.
- Expertise in experimental design and statistical analysis, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Preferred
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes in product development.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical tools and technologies relevant to product testing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
