Medical Office Scheduler

Supporting the Pain Management and Spine Surgery teams, the full-time Medical Office Scheduler will coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and manage referrals in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule new patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments for providers Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information Manage incoming calls, patient inquiries, and communicate scheduling needs with physicians and clinical staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of medical office scheduling experience required Experience in Pain Management or Spine Surgery preferred Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance plans, and referral/authorization processes Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment
