A senior living community is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team with recruiting and administrative functions. This role will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR files are organized and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, online platforms, and internal resources
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
• Organize, audit, and update personnel files to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Track recruiting activity and maintain recruiting reports
• Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications for documentation, communication, scheduling, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR or recruiting functions
• Experience working in healthcare, senior living, or related environments
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and electronic personnel records

• 2+ years of experience working with human resources information systems in a coordination, analyst, or support capacity.
• Practical knowledge of HRIS administration, data maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience contributing to HRIS implementation efforts, including testing, validation, or post-launch support.
• Ability to analyze HR data, identify inconsistencies, and produce accurate reports for internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UltiPro HRIS or a comparable HR system platform.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional partners.
