Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to support their personal goals.

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective techniques to facilitate ongoing improvements at home.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure progress towards goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continued education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Required Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
