What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality critical care to neuro, vascular, and general ICU patients.
• Manage ventilator settings, administer post-op care for craniotomies, and monitor ICP, EVD, Lumbar Drains, and more.
• Float across SCU, NCU, CCU, and sometimes to the ED for CC admits when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform advanced procedures including arterial line placement, central line management, and NIH evaluations.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• At least 2 years ICU nursing experience, including limited neuro experience
• Epic experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH (CPI can be obtained onsite for $100)
• Ability to float between different units and handle multi-specialty patient needs
• Preferred:
• Experience managing vents, ICP monitoring, CRRT, and post-op neuro patients
• Comfort with complex procedures and critical care equipment
