Account Support Representative

Client in Peachtree City looking for an Account Representative. Job duties include the following; Receive and process orders by phone, fax, email, or walk in customers. Enter all information into computer and verify accuracy of order.  Assist customers with orders by calculating quantity, size, style, etc.  Process credit/debit memos.  Receive and investigate customer complaints, problems or questions by fax, phone, email or in person. Find best solution in order to satisfy customers.  Assist and communicate with outside sales representatives regarding all aspects of customer accounts. Forwards literature and messages to salesmen, as needed.  Enter quotes, making sure pricing is accurate for customers. Assist customers with product line information regarding availability, technical information, etc.  Keep manager informed about updated customer profiles.  Fax acknowledgments.  Assist and follow-up on motor freight and UPS shipments. Notify customers of delivery dates and of back orders or problems with delivery.  Mail samples and literature to existing or prospective customers.  Know the products and their functions.  Research credit issues and notify credit department of large orders.

salary: $15 - $15.5 per hour
