Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a quantitative background, typically a BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6+ years of experience partnering with technology teams to develop products.
• We need advanced experience converting user needs into technology requirements using agile tools such as JIRA.
• We expect prior experience applying agile methods to product development.
• We value a track record of driving delivery across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• We require experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools such as Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot, aligned with approved tooling and controls.
• We are looking for experience implementing AI capabilities, including agentic workflows.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of teams and seniority levels.
• We value a self-motivated, proactive approach, strong accountability, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills are important.

• Preferred: familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in consumer banking.
• Preferred: experience with data and hierarchy concepts such as taxonomies, reference data, or framework mapping.

• We will lead cross-functional teams in building a new application from the ground up in Control Management to support the PONY roadmap.
• We will define and drive the product strategy for unifying reference hierarchies across compliance and operational risk frameworks, aligning stakeholders on standards, definitions, and adoption.
• We will translate stakeholder strategy and requirements into actionable work for Product Owners and Agile development teams.
• We will oversee a spec-driven delivery model, ensuring strong product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rapid prototyping cycles using Claude and/or GitHub Copilot in accordance with approved controls.
• We will ensure the product roadmap is AI-first by partnering with technology teams to embed intelligent assistance and automation into core workflows.
• We will manage relationships with Line of Business and Function Leads as well as other key stakeholders to maintain long-term roadmaps.
• We will partner with Program Management to ensure product progress is accurately reflected in status reporting.
• We will provide subject matter expertise and impact analysis for Control Management initiatives to support end-to-end implementation across the Controls Room teams.
• We will manage multiple project workstreams at once to improve outcomes, identify practical solutions, and address issues proactively.
• We will present roadmaps, technology solutions, and status updates in forums with senior stakeholders.
