• Greet visitors, residents, and families in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed

• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and meetings

• Provide support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to access and update resident information
