As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. Role Summary: The Spa Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional, luxurious, 5-Star service for all guests while creating a comfortable, relaxing personal experience. Some agent responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking guests in, preparing intake forms, booking future appointments, inquiring on guest well-being, providing treatment notes and being a spa ambassador. We have a Part-Time position available. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings. Essential Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethics. Minimum of 18 years of age. Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding. Ability to provide legible communication. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Previous experience handling money. Essential Skills: Must possess strong leadership qualities. Ability to understand guests' service needs. Ability to thrive during very high levels of business. Ability to focus attention on details. Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly. Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
