1. Should have 10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in business analysis, with SQL knowledge and experience, 2. Well versed in requirement elicitation, creation of use cases and user stories, business process documentation as is and to be processes, process visualization and creation of business solution.
3. Strong analytical skills for building solution to the business problems
