Business Analyst 4
This role offers a unique combination of analytics, business operations, and strategic impact. You'll work at the center of a leading company's advertising sales engine, partnering with stakeholders around the world to ensure critical business decisions are powered by accurate data. This position provides exposure to sales planning, operational strategy, and process transformation initiatives that directly influence revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation, reconciliation, and large dataset management.
- Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting, using tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Experience in sales planning, business operations, marketing analytics, or digital advertising.
- Experience in Sales Operations / Business Operations, managing business-critical data, processing change requests, and supporting stakeholders.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in sales planning, business operations, marketing analytics, or digital advertising.
- Track record of driving process improvements and supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, self-resourcefulness, and quick learning ability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business Analytics teams to process and validate data changes that support critical sales planning activities.
- Review datasets, reconcile discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accuracy of account, territory, quota, or organizational data within internal systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global regions, support reporting and analysis requests, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
