The Role We're building a next-generation AI creative team and are looking for experienced artists, filmmakers, and visual storytellers who can create client-ready AI-generated imagery and video. The ideal candidate has a background in commercial production, filmmaking, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production and understands how to apply those skills within modern AI workflows. Responsibilities Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos for commercial projects Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and finished deliverables Develop strong visual storytelling through composition, cinematography, editing, pacing, and shot design Generate, direct, and refine content using leading AI image and video tools Enhance outputs through compositing, retouching, color grading, VFX, and finishing workflows Collaborate with creative directors, producers, designers, and editors Help develop new AI production workflows and creative best practices Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies Requirements 5+ years of experience in film, commercial production, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production Strong portfolio demonstrating both traditional creative craft and AI-generated work Experience with tools such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Midjourney, Flux, and ComfyUI Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, editing, and color Proficiency with tools such as After Effects, Nuke, Resolve, Premiere, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, or similar Ability to take projects from concept through final delivery Who Should Apply We're looking for artists who can deliver polished, production-ready AI content at a professional commercial standard. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements. This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
