National Sales Manager - Immunology Account Executives

National Sales Manager overseeing Immunology Account Executives at AbbVie. Responsible for analyzing portfolio performance, developing sales strategies, coordinating training programs, and managing field communications to drive execution across the immunology franchise.

Responsibilities

Assess monthly immunology portfolio sales performance and propose strategic initiatives to drive execution
Develop and disseminate sales execution reports including performance metrics, competitive analytics, and key execution data
Coordinate franchise sales training program and integrate marketing strategies into field training initiatives
Develop and implement sales force communication plans and manage sales support functions
Lead incentive program development and manage IAE business functions including national calls and leadership meetings

Requirements

12+ years pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in progressive commercial leadership roles
5+ years immunology operational experience, including product launch experience
2-4 years sales leadership within pharma or biotech organization
Bachelor's degree required
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to influence complex internal and external stakeholder networks
Proven capability to attract and develop commercial talent
