Job Details What You’ll Do Handle litigation from discovery through trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Support trial attorneys as second chair and assist with trial prep Collaborate on case strategy and client advocacy in a fast-paced team setting Position Overview You’ll manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution with the support of a dedicated team assigned specifically to you. The workload is structured to allow for high-quality, focused advocacy.
