This position will be in our Providence office. Position Overview In the role of Administrative Coordinator at RTS, you'll work to assist with the contract administration, documentation and deliverables for various projects and company initiatives. We're seeking an ideal candidate with a background in construction management, financial management or accounting, outstanding organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively to ensure adherence to project deadlines and budgets. Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with established deadlines. Manage documentation, encompassing contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence. Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. Participate in meetings and provide necessary administrative support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, accounting or a related field. Proven experience in project administration, contract administration, or a similar role within the engineering and construction industry. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
