You will have access to modern electronic health record (EHR) systems to keep track of clinical documentation and client progress effectively.

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families via our telehealth platform, ensuring that all sessions adhere to ethical guidelines and therapeutic best practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ family dynamics, relationship patterns, and histories of trauma to create informed treatment plans.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies that align with the unique needs of individuals or families, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention to clients during high-stress situations while coordinating care with local crisis services as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and progress in an EHR system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Educate clients and their families on effective communication techniques, boundary setting, and behavioral strategies that can enhance their everyday functioning.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and collaborate on comprehensive care plans that effectively address client needs.

The target demographic for this position includes a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health disorders, relational issues, and family dynamics. You will work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. • An active LMFT license in Vermont that meets Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) approval.
