Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a flexible remote work environment, facilitating a healthy work-life balance while enabling you to conveniently reach clients. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to effectively provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive the support they need in a comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness approaches.

• Guide clients in establishing attainable therapy objectives, supporting their progress during regular sessions through reflection, skill-building, and proactive feedback.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring all records comply with relevant confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment, methodologies, and best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field, with a focus on mental health therapy.
