This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and set measurable goals.

• Provide individual counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Support clients in managing trauma-related issues, including PTSD, through trauma-informed care strategies that foster safety and trust.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure high-quality care.

• Engage in clinical research initiatives that contribute to the advancement of mental health treatment practices, enhancing the quality of care offered.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote service delivery, ensuring that clients have consistent access to support regardless of their location.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCMHC will primarily serve a diverse client population, focusing on children and adolescents as well as adults dealing with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) registration in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
