Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate and effective therapeutic responses.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build effective therapeutic relationships.

• Display cultural competence and sensitivity, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Showcase excellent organizational and time-management skills, particularly in maintaining accurate and prompt documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior counseling experience in community mental health settings or with similar populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
