Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Delta Area Counseling Center, you will take on significant responsibilities that contribute directly to client recovery and overall community health:

• Provide individualized substance use and mental health counseling to clients in an outpatient setting, ensuring tailored approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Engage in comprehensive case management as part of a multidisciplinary team, developing treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
