Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, accurately diagnosing when necessary, using evidence-based tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Continually monitor and evaluate patient progress, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to meet mental health needs, while also adapting strategies as required.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment records, ensuring timely and precise reporting in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols through current technology.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that encompass the full spectrum of care, addressing individual needs and desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n
