Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and developing individualized treatment plans shaped by evidence-based practices.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within our practice.

• Participating in a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide coordinated care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and participating in peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and support professional development.

• Educating and empowering patients and their families on various mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Staying informed on the latest developments in the mental health field to continuously improve your practice and incorporate new findings into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions commonly associated with hospice care. Your expertise in dealing with diverse populations will help foster an inclusive environment, promoting comfort and trust among patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy services.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a demonstrated ability to implement these strategies effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
