Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Saint Joseph Healthcare System, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to provide insights into patients' mental health statuses, strengths, and needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient situations.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, facilitating smooth transitions and holistic treatment.

• Supporting patients and their families in understanding their diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing proven treatment methods to promote recovery.

• Developing personalized treatment plans with input from both patients and the treatment team, ensuring that therapy targets their specific goals.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
