Contract | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/HVTI unit setting with potential to float to additional units caring for the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown or related specialty; travel experience is acceptable
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• No open background case or license hits; all required certifications must be active with nothing pending

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PCU / Progressive Care Unit experience
• 18 months of experience within a single facility location
