What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with plant leadership to drive workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead all plant HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement
- Manage investigations, employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and regulatory compliance activities
- Oversee HR staff, hourly and salaried recruiting efforts, and employee development initiatives
- Administer payroll processes, leave management, workers' programs, and related HR operations
- Collaborate with Corporate HR and Legal on policy implementation, audits, and complex employee matters
What You Will Need For This Job
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, HIPAA, DOL, and employment law compliance
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with UltiPro/UKG preferred
