Installation Coordinator

Description

Onsite 5 Days a week / $20-$23 hourly rate

8:00AM to 5:00pm

Reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity

Confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances

Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections

Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion

Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports

Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects.

On a daily basis, the Inspection Coordinator will also share phone coverage responsibilities with our Service Coordinator. Our branch does offer a designated Quiet Hour, during which the role may step away from phone coverage to focus on scheduling and administrative work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
