McGarity’s Business Products is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented  Order Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping customer orders moving from the time they are received through delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, and able to manage multiple orders and customer requests while maintaining accuracy and providing excellent service.

What You'll Do

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Generate purchase orders and place orders with vendors
• Track customer orders, backorders, and incoming shipments
• Follow up with vendors regarding availability, shipping status, and delivery dates
• Communicate order status, delays, substitutions, and other updates to customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and order-related needs
• Research and resolve order discrepancies and other customer service issues
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, delivery, and other team members to keep orders moving
• Maintain accurate order notes and customer information in our system
• Assist with other general office and customer service responsibilities as needed
