Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for PCU patients, including ongoing assessments and monitoring
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and operate infusions per protocol
- Monitor telemetry, respond to changes in patient status, and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, and the broader care team to adjust care plans
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure data integrity
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient-handling standards to protect patients and staff

Requirements
- BSN required
- 2+ years of PCU experience
- End of Week (EOW) requirement
- Ability to work all 3 shifts per week over the 13-week period
- Active RN license in the appropriate jurisdiction (per assignment requirements)
- Ability to work in an inpatient PCU setting and follow unit protocols
