What You’ll Do Represent private equity sponsors and strategic clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions. Work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A matters. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and corporate governance materials. Conduct due diligence and assist in structuring complex transactions.
