Eyas Landing – Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic‑based Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team of therapists in Chicago, IL . About The Role As a clinic‑based social worker at Eyas Landing – Avondale, you will provide neuro‑diversity‑affirming care to children and families in a pediatric therapy clinic.
